These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement covering your use of the mmk33 platform, its website, and all related services.

3.3 Account Suspension

mmk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons—

• Violating these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected problem gambling or dishonest behaviour
• Bonus abuse or manipulation
• Attempting to exploit or hack the platform software

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit at mmk33 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposit times are recorded in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes. To withdraw any bonus funds, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.

4.3 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, or at any time we deem necessary, we may request identity verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Currency

All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who open an account at mmk33 and make their first deposit will receive a bonus equal to 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks. Deposit 220,000 Ks and you get the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 320,000 Ks; wagering requirement = 100,000 × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering equal to 25 times the bonus amount. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each user can claim a particular bonus only once
• The games eligible for bonus play and any related restrictions can be viewed on our Promotions page
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be voided
• We reserve the right to restrict attempts to complete the wagering requirement by playing only a single game type

5.4 VIP Cashback

VIP users receive weekly cashback based on their tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Contact our Support team for more details on VIP tier progression.

5.5 Referral Bonus

Through the Refer-a-Friend program, you can earn a bonus of 10% of your friend's first deposit (up to 10,000 Ks per referral). You will also receive 0.2% of your friend's total valid wagering as a weekly commission.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the platform—

• Using software tools, bots, or automated programs to play
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate game settings
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Stealing or using another person's personal information
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

6.2 Fair Play
